March 15th: Unfortunately all of Leela's procedures and tests scheduled for today were cancelled. She started running a fever yesterday afternoon. This morning when we left for the hospital, it was under 100. When they took it during the pre-op vitals check, it was up to 101.5. If the illness turns out to be a bacterial infection, then the broviac catheter can get infected. So they felt it better to try again later in the week. If she is better tomorrow morning, she will be rescheduled for Thursday or Friday. We would really like to get the chemo started, so let's hope that she gets over this illness quickly.
