Saturday, April 16th: Leela had her second course of chemo Thursday and Friday. Thursday was the long day: a little more than 5 hours of infusion. Though we got to the hospital at 9am, it did not get started until after 1pm. Friday was just a little over two hours of infusion.

So far the effects of the chemo on Leela have been completely different from the first time around. After her first chemo she mostly lay on the sofa. This time she has been up and about and chatting away. Of course, many of the effects take days to set in, but compared with last time she is doing great.
